CSCEC Shenzhen decoration was founded in 1985 in Shenzhen, formerly known as Shenzhen decoration design engineering company of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau. In 2007, with the overall listing needs of CSCEC, the company changed its name to CSCEC Decoration Co., Ltd. and moved its headquarters to Beijing. In 2015, one belt, one road strategy, the market was relocated to Shenzhen. In April 2017, it was officially renamed as Zhongjian Shenzhen Decoration Co., Ltd.
